Joshua Overley, also known as Rip Knickers​, is an American song-writer, singer, guitarist, music producer, and sound designer residing in Decatur, Georgia. He is the owner of Fuda Collective, a media production company specializing in music production and sound design.

Josh has been writing songs for bands since 2002 and has had the opportunity to work with esteemed producers Matt Goldman at Glow in the Dark Studios (GA) and Jeremy S.H. Griffith at the Frontier (FL). He started recording his own music in 2014 and graduated from Atlanta Institute of Music and Media in March of 2020 with a degree in Audio Post Production. While attending AIMM, Josh produced rock and electronic music, worked on foley and sound design for film, and honed his mixing and mastering skills.

Since his graduation, Josh created Fuda Collective as a means of helping others bring their ideas to fruition. This is achieved by providing his experience, knowledge, and love of music to ignite the fires of creation, inspire positivity, and enrich his community.
